My (New) Travel Bucket List

COVID-19 has brought so many challenges to the hospitality industry. Traveling during COVID and post COVID will never be the same.

“THE REAL VOYAGE OF DISCOVERY CONSISTS NOT IN SEEKING NEW LANDSCAPES, BUT IN HAVING NEW EYES.” – MARCEL PROUST

It is important to note that any travel during this time should be done safely and securely. Social distancing and masks are essential. I also do not recommend traveling during the pandemic unless it is necessary.

Places To Go

Rosewood Little Dix Bay Virgin Gorda, BVI

This resort is tucked away in Spanish Town and is accessible by ferry or a short drive from the airport. There is only one way to describe this resort and it is Luxury. Rosewood is holding the number one spot on my bucket list because it is epitome of a once-in-a-lifetime vacation. Most of the lodging accommodations are close to the beach and have unique features such as an outdoor shower.

Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal Los Cabos, Mexico

Keeping with the same theme of luxury, the Waldorf Astoria was an obvious choice. This resort boasts oceanfront accommodations with private pool access. This is an honeymooner's dream. Imagine waking up in the morning, grabbing a cup of coffee, rinsing off and then taking a dip in your private pool all within minutes. During the pandemic, this arrangement sounds the most ideal for social distancing and being away from other travelers.
